Fantastic piece of equipment.
Such a great bit of kit, honestly bought mainly for aluminium repairs but its that good it gets used for most repairs now, and the aftersales support from Chris has been impeccable.
Game changing tool kit
This Keco kit is a must for bodyshops and PDR technicians. The training offered is really worth taking as Keco's design of tabs and tools are quickly understood. It will cater for beginners to the highly skilled.
Unbelievable
After over 20 years in the industry and seeing the changes in the repair process along the way this system really is right up there with one of the most innovative and game changing pieces of equipment I’ve used. With EV cars becoming more common it’s only a matter of time before we see one of these in every bodyshop in the UK
The future for car panel repairs
My role as National Equipment Equipment Manager for Morelli Group requires me to keep our customers informed of the best equipment out there to make them as profitable as can be. Having now supplied a large number of Keco GPR systems to our valued customers I can honestly say we are delighted at the feedback. Having now carried out several demonstrations myself, I can really see the potential that the Keco system has. The tooling is of very high quality but what is also equally important is the process. Keco has worked hard on not only refining the tooling and equipment but also the process of carrying out glue pull repairs. Following the guidelines set out by Keco, you will see excellent results within a very short space of time. The system allows for panel repairs to steel and aluminum panels, all while leaving the paintwork intact. This helps speed the repair process up dramatically. With the influx of EV cars now hitting repairers, being able to carry out panel repairs without any chance of damage caused to ECUs through welding currents, this again is a huge plus for the system and also the repairer. I look forward to Morelli Group and Keco UK having a long-standing partnership.
Great training, equipment and demonstration to students
Kev and his team recently came to Barnfield College to show case the glue pulling system and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite demonstration and the impeccable knowledge. During the day Keco showcased a variety of innovative ways to repair and pull dents with out the traditional methods which will be the future for EV, the presentation at the start was really good and got the class evolved. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured all students had a go and made it a memorable one. Students learnt how to use the equipment that they went back to there work place with better knowledge of GPR. The staff had an extensive CPD from Keco so they can also stay one step a head of the game. This is the future, there will always be a place for traditional repairs but for the modern motor vehicle, we are very glad to have a good relationship with Keco who are helping us help shape future repairs.
